MEN’S NUDE YOGA

Join Mar’Quis and Chris on the yoga mat for 90 minutes of breathing, tantric flowing and community.  Expect to learn basic poses, receive gentle adjustments, explore with partner poses and experience sensual, clothing-free comfort with other like-minded, self-identified men.  Join us alternating Thursday evenings for $20 per class.  Bring your own yoga mat.
